1. What ReplyRate is
ReplyRate is an AI-assisted writing tool for freelancers on marketplaces like Upwork and Fiverr. It analyzes job posts, drafts proposal opening lines, and checks drafts for generic "AI-slop" patterns. ReplyRate only assists you — it never submits proposals to any marketplace on your behalf.
2. Your responsibility
- You are solely responsible for the proposals you submit and for verifying their accuracy before sending them.
- AI-generated content may be imperfect. Review every output for accuracy, tone, and factual claims about your own experience.
- Do not misrepresent your skills, experience, or credentials to clients.
3. Subscription & billing
- Paid plans (Pro and Unlimited) renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle until you cancel.
- You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current cycle.
- Payments are processed by Creem, our merchant of record. By subscribing you agree to Creem's payment terms.
4. Free trial
The free trial offers one full experience (one job analysis, one set of opening lines, and one AI-slop check) per person. We may limit or revoke free trials that appear to be abuse (duplicate accounts, shared devices, or automated claims).
5. No guarantee of results
ReplyRate does not guarantee that any proposal will be opened, answered, or awarded. Winning proposals depend on many factors outside our control. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, and we are not liable for lost opportunities, missed deadlines, or any indirect damages arising from use of the service.
6. Refunds
Subscriptions are managed by Creem. Refund eligibility and processing follow Creem's rules. To request a refund, contact us at hello@replyrate.app within 14 days of purchase and we will review your case.
7. Acceptable use
- Do not use ReplyRate to generate spam, misleading, or fraudulent proposals.
- Do not attempt to bypass free-trial limits or abuse the service's rate limits.
- Do not resell access to ReplyRate without written permission.
8. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced by email when we can reach you. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
